That would be vineyard in Spanish.  And that is where we are headed for a few days next week to escape the heat.  Originally we had planned to go to the northern coast, where I had studied, or maybe Portugal, but plane tickets were stupid.  And then after searching forever, we realized that there are actually a great many places near Madrid!  That we can get to quickly and that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
